Jackpot cares about the wellbeing of its customers.

In partnership with Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commision (AGLC), Jackpot Casino has literature onsite describing responsible gaming and where to find assistance. These brochures are available from our employees and within Jackpot Casino. Our employees are educated to recognize the signs of problem gambling and provide customers with support. Early intervention, communication and assistance is in everyone’s best interest.

Jackpot has an obligation of responsibility to the community where we operate to ensure that for those whom gaming is no longer a form of entertainment, help is available. Being a responsible gaming operator is integral to being a successful operator – this is a commitment that we take very seriously.

This includes voluntary and mandatory player exclusion programs. We have an ongoing relationship with our government partners, recognizing that it is our professional, social and ethical responsibility to ensure that current and effective information on Problem Gambling is readily available at our locations.
If you are concerned or want to talk with someone about your gambling or the gambling behaviour of a friend or relative, call the Alberta Health Services (AHS) toll-free problem gambling help-line at: 1.866.332.2322.
